Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then we'll negotiate on your behalf with the seller to make sure you get the most favorable terms.
Initial Interview
Establish our agency relationship in writing and determine your real estate needs.
Determine Your Purchase Power & Obtain Pre-approval
Provide financial information to lenders to the best type of financing that will work for you can be determined
View & Select the Home of Your Choice
We will search for properties and schedule viewings together
Write the Contract & Make the Offer
Consult with you to determine the terms you would like to offer for the home and negotiate on your behalf.
Perform Inspections & Appraisal Report
Will provide a list of service providers to perform the various inspections. The Lender will request the appraisal.
Select Title Company & Obtain Hazard Insurance
Will provide a list of Title Companies to research your title for blemishes. If needed can also provide insurance companies too to write your hazard insurance policy.
Final Walk-through/Settlement (Closing)
Walk through the property with you to ensure it is in the same condition as when you first saw it. Attend settlement with you.
