About PENELOPE

With more than 20 years of experience in property management and real estate, I am the "Neighborhood Real Estate Expert!"  licensed in MD and VA. I hold the Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and am a member of the National Association of Realtors, as well as Prince George's County Association of Realtors. I am affiliated with The Home Team Realty Group, a luxury boutique brokerage located in Fort Washington, MD. "I don't just sell homes; I change lives" through real estate is my value-add statement.

I have 6 grown children (3 biological & 3 bonus) and when I am not working my real estate business, you will find me spending time with my family, reading or crocheting. I love all things real estate and interior design and love watching HGTV. Once you have purchased your new home, I will help you decorate it just the way you like!
